I work close by Wendy's on Creedmoor Road, so this seems like the logical place to start since I frequently visit there. Having been a Manager in the Fast Food Industry for 20-years I can comment on this with great authority.
This restaurant WINS hands down over all the competition for fast customer service! I always seem to be in a hurry and every time I go to the drive-thru it is a pleasant and speedy experience! By the time I get from the speaker to the first window the cashier always has correct change ready and I move on up to the next window where my meal is prepared and waiting for me before I can even pull up!
The food is good and the customer service is excellent. On the few occasions when I have gone inside to eat I was happy to see the same quick service in the dining room just like at the drive-thru. The restaurant is kept very clean and overall it is a pleasant fast food experience.
Now drive-thrus are notoriously known for screwing up your orders...but not so here at the Creedmoor Road Wendy's; they always get it right! My compliments to the employees and management of this fine restaurant. Keep up the great job, if Dave Thomas was still alive, he would be very proud of you!
